Jaime Rodrigues
With over 25 years of experience in the veterinary field, Jaime began her journey in 1998 and has since worked in nearly every support role within a veterinary practice. From client services and technical support to leadership positions, her well-rounded background gives her a deep understanding of both patient care and the client experience.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in customer care and team leadership, serving in supervisory roles focused on creating positive, compassionate experiences for both clients and their pets. She also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Hospital Manager in a busy emergency and specialty practice, where she refined her skills in operations, team development, and high-level patient care coordination before transitioning into her current role in general practice leadership.
As Hospital Manager, she is passionate about building supportive teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the highest standards of care for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of work, she is a proud mom to four boys, enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling whenever she can.
